Journey Pal is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure in Australia for the APAC region.
All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS, and infrastructure is monitored for uptime, reliability, and performance.
Data Storage & Ownership
All exhibit content, translations, and audio files remain the property of the museum or organisation. For more information, consult the software-as-a-service contract. These files are all stored on servers owned and managed exclusively by Journey Pal.
Third-Party Services
LLMs are used to generate translations, but content is not used for training. Displayed content has robots.txt set to disallowed to prevent indexing by search engines.
